Where is Birds in Motion's headquarters?

  • We are Located in Vernon, B.C, Canada.

 Do you sell birds?

  • No, we do not sell birds or breed birds.  We recommend searching through your local adoption agencies or reputable breeders in your area.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • The cost of shipping is based on weight, box dimensions and destination.
  • Delivery times vary depending on what carrier option you choose.  Once your package is ready for shipping you will receive an email notification and tracking number.

    Where do you ship?

    • We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.  If you are outside of these areas please email us at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com and we will try to provide shipping and rates.

    What days do you ship out orders?

    • Canada Post - Monday to Friday
    • We currently ship via Canada Post.  The cost is based on weight, box dimensions and destination.  We do our best to keep your shipping costs low.

    When will I receive my order?

    • Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Typically our orders are shipped within 2-5 business days, however wait times may vary depending on the volume of orders we have.  If you have a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!

    How do I check the status of my order?

    • When your order has shipped. you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check it's status.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

      Do I pay sales tax?

      • Yes, you will pay sales tax based upon where you are located.

      Do you have in-store pick-up?

      • We do not offer in-store pick-up at this time due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions.  If you are a local customer we would like to offer a drop-off option free for orders over $75.00.  Please contact birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com for available options.

        What is your return policy?

        • We take the health of your flock and ours very seriously so we do not accept returns.  We will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have.  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products.

        Are your products safe for birds?

        • We make sure our product are safe and non-toxic to your birds.  It is advised to supervise all new toys as no toy is completely safe no matter how much effort we put into keeping our feathered friends safe.

        Can I cancel my order?

        • Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Items that are already packaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
