Shipping

Processing and Delivery

  • It is important to know that the processing times and the delivery times are separate.
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.  The cut off time for processing orders are 4pm and will be processed the next business day.
  • At busy times or due to unforeseen circumstances delays may occur.  Please take into consideration that we are a small business and we are dedicated to complete orders as fast as possible.
  • If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com.  We will look into it for you.
  • P.O Boxes - Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O Boxes.  Please check with the carrier you have chosen to make sure there will be no unexpected delivery issues.

Canada and USA Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
  • The cost of shipping is based on weight, box dimensions, and destination.
  • Delivery times vary depending on what carrier option you have chosen.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out.
  • Once your package is ready for shipping you will receive an email notification and tracking number.

US Taxes and Duty

  • The buyer is responsible for any additional costs such as duties and taxes.
International Shipping
  • We currently do not ship world-wide.  Exceptions may be possible.  Please contact us at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com.  We will inquire about shipping policies, rates and possible duties and taxes applicable to your destination.

Local Delivery and Pick-up

  • We do not have an in-store pick-up option at this time due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions.
  • If you are a local customer, we would like to offer a drop off option free for orders over $75.00.  Available only upon request and agreed terms.  Contact us at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our bird products.  We take the health and safety of your bird(s), the birds of others, and our flock very seriously.  This is the sole reason for our no return policy.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in it's original package.  You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.  A clear photo or video is required to provide confirmation of the issue.
  • If approved, we will issue a credit in full for the item or ship you a replacement (at our discretion).  No exceptions.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If approved you will be notified and a refund will be applied on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
