Return Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our bird products.  We take the health and safety of your bird(s), the birds of others, and our flock very seriously.  This is the sole reason for our no return policy.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in it's original package.  You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.  A clear photo or video is required to provide confirmation of the issue.

If approved, we will issue a credit in full for the item or ship you a replacement (at our discretion).  No exceptions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at birdsinmotion.co@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved you will be notified and a refund will be applied on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
